Tennis provides a total body workout, strengthening your arms, back, legs and abs. It improves co-ordination, balance and speed and is a great cardiovascular exercise. Its also a great sport for kids and helps develop concentration, co-ordination and fitness.

Why not hire a tennis court for an hour? Haverhill Tennis Club allows our members to book sessions through the centre. Racket hire is also available.
