Circuit Training
What is it?
Circuit training is the ultimate all round workout incorporating both aerobic and strength training stations. The instructor will set out the room with a combination of compound and isolated muscle exercises and include various cardio stations to keep the heart pumping.
Who will get the most out of this class?
This session is a great all round workout and a useful addition to any fitness programme, allowing you to push your personal threshold more than you ever imagined you could.

Cardiovascular
Cardiovascular exercise increases heart and lung capacity and improves overall fitness and stamina.
A 20-40 minute cardiovascular workout is recommended 3 times per week to maintain a good level of health and fitness.
