What is it?
An indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. Mix your resistance, speed and intensity and burn up to 800 calories/class. A phenomenal aerobic workout!
Who will get the most out of this class?
Everyone! Controlling the intensity of the workout means riders of all abilities can ride together - from newcomers to elite athletes. The more frequent you ride, the fitter you'll become.

Cardiovascular
Cardiovascular exercise increases heart and lung capacity and improves overall fitness and stamina.
A 20-40 minute cardiovascular workout is recommended 3 times per week to maintain a good level of health and fitness.
