What is it?
Jump FX delivers a no-nonsense cardio programme designed to accelerate fat loss and maximise fitness gains. Easy-to-follow exercise sequences are supercharged with several of the most effective training techniques including plyometics, high intensity interval training and 3D or multi-planar stretching.
