What is it?
Fusing together a combination of tai chi, pilates and dynamic yoga moves this class will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Each session includes elements of controlled breathing concentration, flexibility and strength training. You will leave this class feeling stronger, toned and walking taller.
Who will get the most out of this class?
This session is adaptable for all levels of fitness and those who want to improve their strength and flexibility and develop relaxation techniques. Body Balance is also excellent for expectant mums who want to get a little bit more from their regular workout programme.

Our classes can help reduce stress, fatigue and tension, while strengthening the body and maximising energy and stamina.
