What is it?
A social, gentle and very popular aerobic programme designed for the over 50s combining functional strength, flexibility and suppleness exercises. There is also a badminton and short tennis session as part of this class.
Afterwards there is free coffee and biscuits for the group served on the balcony where you are free to sit and talk with the group for as long as you wish.
Who will get the most out of this class?
With over 100 members, this class gives people over 50's the chance to get together for the morning, have a work out and socialise with new friends.
