The Abbeycroft Fitness Studio is designed to be user friendly to all, regardless of age, fitness, ability levels and individual aspirations. Our friendly, well trained staff are here to assist you to achieve your fitness goals in our fully air-conditioned, 100 station studio, where we ensure you can exercise in a clean and non-intimidating environment.
Our brand new Matrix equipment offer the following cool tricks:
- Virtual Active programmes on all CV equipment. This awesome software enables you to feel like you are trekking/running/cycling through some fantastic worldwide locations. You will never be bored during a workout again!
- IPod connectivity – listen to your latest tunes, or play your films while you work out.
- Nike Plus
We acknowledge that everyone’s needs are different and so will support you through your individual, tailor-made exercise programme, with staff on hand to give you all the encouragement, advice, and motivation you may need.
What you can expect from your membership journey...
The gym staff run regular challenges to help achieve your goals. These activities support the friendly, social atmosphere offered and make it an ideal place to train whether you come on your own or with a training partner.
We also run supervised 'Teen Fitness' sessions in our induction area for aspiring gym users aged 11-15 years.
