On Sunday 19 October, Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre will be hosting The Rotary Club Swimarathon In aid of East Anglia’s Children Hospices, 3 lanes of the main pool will be closed to host this event. 2 -5pm
CUSTOMER INFORMATION: THE FLUMES ARE CURRENTLY BEING REFURBISHED AND ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

If there is no session timetabled, the pool is closed for public use due to private hire, swim lessons or school use.
PLEASE NOTE, STAFF TRAINING MAY TAKE PLACE DURING ANY SESSION.
Big Splash– For people with disabilities.
Little Splash is a swim session for families with disabled or special needs swimmers. Little Splash does NOT run during School Holidays.
Aqua Play - Fun session with play equipment for under 5’s
~ - Swim Buddy available:
Monday 2.30 – 3.30pm 50+
Thursday 1.30 – 3pm
Sunday 3 – 4pm
(FS) - Free swimming to enrolled under 16 years and 60+
Wet n Wild - not suitable for length swimming - a fun session with toys & floats in the pools and an inflatable on some sessions.
All children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible person over 16 years old in the swimming pools.

Child admission policy
To help you and your children whilst using our pools we advise that the following ratios are adopted
All children under 8 years old must be accompanied into the water by a responsible person over 16 years old.
Children under the age of 4: – 1 adult to 1 child.
Children 4-7 years old: – 1 adult to 2 children
Teaching Pool and Pirate Pool:-
Children under the age of 4:- 1adult to 2 children.
Children 4-7 years old:- 1 adult to 4 children
