West Suffolk Swimming Club

West Suffolk Swimming Club is fast emerging as one of the region’s premier swimming clubs under the direction of local and international coaches using our pools at both Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds. 

Head Coach Dan Pilbrow, two times GB Olympic trialist and Commonwealth Games finalist, Dawn Jason, are instrumental in driving the club towards national recognition. They are supported by Junior Coach, Phil Ward and Development Coach, Debbie Roberts. The club has 280 members ranging in age from six years (Nemo Squad) to national level swimmers. The club also has a Masters squad for the more mature swimmers.

The club has been a major presence at the County and Regional competitions with swimmers also qualifying for the National Championships and National Talent camps.
